Check that the lines attached to all the remote grease fittings are undamaged. If the grease lines are split, grease will not reach the components that require lubricating. Machine damage will result.
If regular lubrication is performed at the recommended intervals, only one or two shots of grease will be required at each fitting.
Prepare the machine for maintenance. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Prepare the Machine for Maintenance".
Stop the engineNote: The fittings for lubrication of the front suspension cylinders are located on the rear supports for the fenders on the tractor.
Remove the caps and clean all the fittings by wiping before you lubricate the fittings.

Lubricate the left front suspension cylinder bearings through fitting (1) which leads to (A). Fitting (2) leads to (B)
Lubricate the right front suspension cylinder bearings through fitting (3) which leads to (C). Fitting (4) leads to (D).

Lubricate the spherical bearing on the front suspension a-frame through fitting (5).Note: The fittings for lubrication of the spherical bearings on the rear suspension a-frames are located at the front of the trailer on the left side.

Lubricate the center suspension cylinder bearings through fitting (6) which leads to (E).
Lubricate the rear suspension cylinder bearings through fitting (7) which leads to (F).
Install the caps onto the fittings.
Remove the steering frame lock. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Steering Frame Lock".
