(1) Fan switch (2) Air conditioner switch
Fan Switch (1) - The fan control switch controls the blower fan speed. Select low fan speed, medium fan speed, or high fan speed in order to control the amount of air flow. Move the switch to the extreme rearward position in order to turn off the fan. To increase the fan speed, move the switch forward. To decrease the fan speed, move the switch rearward. The third fan speed is used for defrosting the windshield.
Air Conditioner Switch (2) - Push down the front of the switch in order to turn off the air conditioner. Push down the rear of the switch in order to turn on the air conditioner. During the heating process, use this switch to activate the air conditioner. This will defog the windshield.

(3) Temperature control (4) Air inlet (5) Air outlet below the windshield (6) Air outlet under the seatTemperature Control (3) - The air temperature switch controls the temperature of the air that is emitted from the air outlets. To increase the temperature, push the lever forward. To decrease the temperature, pull the lever rearward.Air Inlet (4) - Push the lever backward in order to open the air inlet. This allows fresh air into the cab. Pull the lever forward in order to close the air inlet. This causes the recirculation of the air inside the cab.Air Outlets - Push lever (5) forward in order to open the air outlets that are below the windshield. Pull lever (5) rearward in order to close the air outlets that are below the windshield.Air Outlets - Push lever (6) forward in order to close the air outlet that is under the seat. Pull lever (6) rearward in order to open the air outlet that is under the seat.Controls For Heater/Air Conditioner

(1) Controls (right console) (2) Bowden wire (control for the water valve to the heater) (3) Bowden wire (control for dampers)The heater/air conditioner unit is controlled by Bowden wires. Bowden wires are similar to push-pull rods that are used in order to actuate the dampers and the water valve. The construction of the Bowden wires allow a long wire to slide in and out of a protective tube. As the control levers are moved the levers force wire through the tube. The other end of the wire is connected to the actuated device. The actuated device could be the water control valve, or the dampers.

(1) Controls (right console) (2) Bowden wires (controls for heater and louvers) (3) Heater/Air conditioner unit (4) Engine coolant (heater) (5) Duct (air supply) (6) Damper that is located below the windshieldThere are four sets of Bowden wires. Each Bowden wire controls a different device. One Bowden wire controls the position of the valve for the engine coolant. The control of the valve adjusts the amount of engine coolant that is allowed into the heater. Another Bowden wire is used to control the position
