Remove hydrostatic drive. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydrostatic Drive - Remove".
Remove the planetary assemblies. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Planetary - Remove".

Remove six bolts (1) and housing (2) .

Using tooling (A) and a suitable press remove seal (3) .

Heat inner bearing (4). Allow inner bearing (4), and thrust washer (5) to drop off.

Remove shaft assembly (6) .

Remove ten bolts and washers (7) .

Install two M12 x 1.25 bolts (8). Turn bolts (8) evenly in order to break the seal on the differential.

Install tooling (B) with two M12 x 1.5 bolts and nuts.
Remove the differential assembly with a suitable lifting device. The weight of the differential assembly is 29.4 kg (65 lb).
