Slide coolant tank (17) in toward the hydraulic tank on Tooling (B).

Install one bolt (16) on each side of the machine. Remove Tooling (B) and install the remaining bolts (16) on each side of the machine.

Position harness assemblies (14) in place and connect harness assemblies (14). Install clip (15).

Install panel assembly (13).

Install hose (12) and tube (11). Repeat this step for the opposite side of the machine.

Install door assemblies (10). Install panel assembly (9).

Use two people in order to install panel assembly (6). The weight of panel assembly (6) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb). Install panel assembly (6).

Connect hose assembly (4). Install pre-cleaner (5). Repeat this step for the opposite side of the machine.

Attach Tooling (A) and the suitable lifting device in order to install panel (1). The weight of front panel (1) is approximately 36 kg (80 lb). Install bolts (3) and the washers. Repeat this step for the opposite side of panel (1).

Remove Tooling (A) and the suitable lifting device from front panel (1).
Install bolt (2) and the washer.
Fill the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.
