Use the following procedure in order to tighten the nut (1) :
Note: Before assembly, apply blue Loctite 242 to the threads of the nuts.Tighten nut (1) until there is no gap between nut (1) , washer (2) and pin (3) . Turn nut (1) until cotter pin (4) aligns with a hole in pin (3) Insert cotter pin (4) into slot in nut (1) . Bend the ends of cotter pin (4) .
