8. Re-Install Inlet Elbow and bulk hose assembly to tube with loosely assembled 209-4580 T-Bolt Clamp. Loosely install new 1W-5455 Clamp on inlet elbow to mixing chamber joint. Re-attach fuel supply line to inlet elbow with original bolt and washer. (Reference Image 1.8.1)

9. Loosely install new 463-8607 ATAAC Hose with 2 new 209-4580 T-Bolt Clamps on machine. (Reference Image 1.9.1) Re-secure the ATAAC tube to the front of the engine with the original bolt and washer. (Reference 1.9.2)

10. Tighten all 3 209-4580 T-Bolt Clamps to a torque of 7.5 Nm +/-1 Nm. Tighten the 1W-5455 V-Band Clamp to a torque of 20 Nm +/-1 Nm. Check system for leaks.
Group Number 2
1-10. Follow entire rework procedure outlined for Group 1 to replace the ATAAC hose and tube.
11. Open grill doors to access upper cooling package bolts
12. Remove the 4 bolts and washers securing the intermediate grill door mounting plate. Set hardware and plate aside. (Reference Image 2.3.1)

13. (Reference Image 2.4.1) Verify that the top of the cooling package is secured with 2 sets of loose hardware as shown in Image 2.4.2. If so, remove the 2 loose 8T-4132 Nuts and 299-3424 Washers on the rear side of the cooling package plate. Replace this with 2 new flange 369-9046 Nuts. Using a back up wrench and a torque wrench, tighten both joints to 240 Nm. If a flange nut is already installed as shown in Image 3.4.2, leave the hardware as is and tighten the joints to 240 Nm. ** Note: A Torque wrench must be used as an impact gun or air powered wrench will not obtain the required torque and will leave the cooling package susceptible to loosening. **
