Release the system pressure.
When you are using hydraulic cylinders and puller studs, always ensure that the rated capacity of the puller stud meets or exceeds the rated capacity of the hydraulic cylinder. If the puller stud does not meet or exceed the rated capacity of the hydraulic cylinder, a sudden failure of the puller stud could occur. The sudden failure of the puller stud could result in personal injury or death.
Lower the bucket to the ground.

Remove pin (1) and yoke assembly (2).

Remove bolts (3) and tube assembly (4).

Attach a suitable lifting device to tilt cylinder (5). The bucket linkage will be repositioned with tilt cylinder (5) as a unit. The weight of tilt cylinder (5) and the bucket linkage is approximately 158 kg (350 lb).
Disconnect the hose assemblies.
Use Tooling (A) in order to remove retaining rings (6) and (8). Remove pin assemblies (7) and (9). Remove any shims that may be present.

Use Tooling (B) and Tooling (C) in order to secure tilt cylinder (5) to the cab.

Attach Tooling (D) and a suitable lifting device to bucket (10). The weight of bucket (10) is approximately 816 kg (1800 lb).

Use Tooling (A) in order to remove retaining rings (11). Remove pin assembly (12). Record the position of any shims that may be present. Repeat for the other side.

Use Tooling (E) in order to remove bearings (13) and (14). Installation Procedure
Install bucket (10) in the reverse order of removal.
Lower the temperature of bearings (13) and (14). Use Tooling (E) to install bearings (13) and (14).
