Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Remove the auxiliary control valve.

Remove O-ring seals (1) and rectangular seals (2) .

Remove covers (3) and the O-ring seals.

Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.
Remove plug (6), spring (5), and valve (4) .

Remove O-ring seal (7) and backup ring (8) from plug (6) .

Remove pilot valve (9) .

Remove nut (10), washer (11), adjusting screw (12), O-ring seal (13), spring (14), spool (15), retainer (16), O-ring seal (17), spring (18), rings (19), O-ring seal (20), spring (21), spool (22), guide (23), O-ring seal (24), rings (25), body (26), housing (27), and O-ring seal (28) .
Repeat Steps 5 and 6 for the remaining pilot valve.

Remove fitting (30). Remove O-ring seals (29), (31), and (32) from fitting (30) .

Remove bolts (33), cover (34) and the O-ring seal.

Remove bolt (39), retainer (38), spring (37), retainer (36), and spool (35) .
