Relieve pressure in hydraulic system before disconnecting or removing any hydraulic lines or components. See RELIEVING PRESSURE IN LOADER HYDRAULIC SYSTEM in DISASSEMBLY & ASSEMBLY.
1. With the diesel engine shut off, repeatedly apply the oot brakes until the brake oil pressure gauge indicates zero oil pressure.
Do not attempt to disconnect any oil lines from implement and brake pump until all system pressure has been relieved.
2. Remove the floor grating and support brace.3. Disconnect oil outlet lines (2) and (3) from the pump.4. Disconnect the pump oil inlet line from bottom of pump.5. Attach a hoist and strap to the pump. Remove the two pump mounting bolts.6. Remove the implement and brake pump (1)-weight 105 lb. (48 kg).Install Implement And Brake Pump
1. Check to be sure O-ring seal is correctly positioned in pump inlet elbow.2. Using a hoist and strap, place the implement and brake pump on the pump drive group. Install and tighten the pump mounting bolts.3. Connect the oil inlet elbow to the pump.4. Connect the two oil outlet lines to the pump.5. Install the support brace and floor grating.
