Install the O-ring seal, cover (44) and bolts (43). Tighten bolts (43) to a torque of 49 5 N m (36 4 lb ft).

Install O-ring seals (42) and (41) onto fitting (40). Install fitting (40) .

Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of bolt (39) .
Install stem (35), retainer (36), spring (37), retainer (38), and bolt (39). Tighten bolt (39) to a torque of 50 + 10 − 0 N m (37 + 7 − 0 lb ft).

Install the O-ring seal, cover (34), and bolts (33). Tighten bolts (33) to a torque of 49 5 N m (36 4 lb ft).

Install O-ring seals (32), (31), and (29) onto fitting (30). Install fitting (30) .

Install O-ring seal (28) onto housing (27). Install body (26) into housing (27). Install O-ring seal (24) and rings (25) onto guide (23). Install guide (23), spool (22), and spring (21) into body (26). Install rings (19), O-ring seal (20), and O-ring seal (17) onto retainer (16). Install spring (18) and retainer (16). Tighten retainer (16) to a torque of 59 6 N m (44 4 lb ft). Install spool (15) and spring (14). Install O-ring seal (13) onto adjusting screw (12). Install adjusting screw (12), washer (11), and nut (10). Tighten nut (10) to a torque of 19.6 2.0 N m (173.5 17.7 lb in).

Install pilot valve (9). Tighten pilot valve (9) to a torque of 95 14 N m (70 10 lb ft).

Apply the oil that is being sealed to backup ring (8) and O-ring seal (7) .
Install backup ring (8) and O-ring seal (7) onto plug (6) .

Install valve (4), spring (5), and plug (6). Tighten plug (6) to a torque of 240 + 20 − 0 N m (177 + 15 − 0 lb ft).
