2. Disconnect the oil lines (1) from the cylinder.3. Fasten a hoist to the cylinder as a support for the weight.4. Remove bolts (2) and pins (3) from rod and head ends of the cylinder.5. Remove the tilt cylinder. Weight is 100 lb. (45 kg). If levers (5) are removed, at installation of the levers, tighten the bolts (4) to a torque of 190 20 lb. ft. (260 25 N m).Install Tilt Cylinders
1. Fasten a hoist and put cylinder into position on machine.2. Install pins and bolts in head and rod ends of cylinder.3. Connect oil lines to the cylinders.Remove Lift Cylinders
1. Raise the bucket to maximum height. Put the bucket in dump position. 2. Install support (1) on the cylinder not being removed.3. Release the lift hydraulic pressure in the lines by moving lift control lever from the "RAISE" to "LOWER" position.4. Disconnect the hydraulic lines.5. Fasten a hoist as a support for the weight of the cylinder.6. Remove the bolts and pins from rod and head ends of cylinder.7. Remove cylinder. Weight is 100 lb. (45 kg).Install Lift Cylinders
1. Fasten a hoist to cylinder and put it in position on machine.2. Install pins and bolts in head and rod ends of cylinder.3. Connect oil lines to cylinder.4. Remove the support and lower bucket.
