Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Remove the hydraulic tank. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic Tank (Implement) - Remove".Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.

Remove 56 bolts (5) and the washers in order to remove cover (4). Use two people to remove the cover and the gasket. The weight of the cover is 28 kg (62 lb).
Remove two bolts (1) in order to remove strainer assembly (2). Remove strainer assembly (2) and the O-ring seal.
Remove two bolts (6) in order to remove baffle assembly (3). Remove baffle assembly (3) and the O-ring seal.
Remove four bolts (12) in order to remove baffle assembly (13). Remove baffle assembly (13) and the O-ring seal.
Repeat Step 4 for the remaining baffle assembly.
Remove plug (11) and the O-ring seal.
Remove four bolts (8) and the washers in order to remove body (10). Remove body (10) and the O-ring seal.
Remove four bolts (9) and the washers in order to remove plate (7). Remove plate (7) and the O-ring seal.

Remove locknut (16) and the washer from strainer assembly (2). Remove washer (15) and screen (14) from strainer assembly (2) .

Remove locknut (19) from baffle assembly (3). Remove plate (18) and screen (17) from baffle assembly (3) .

Remove locknut (22) from baffle assembly (13). Remove plate (21) and two screens (20) from baffle assembly (13) .
Repeat Step 11 for the remaining baffle assembly.

Remove two locknuts (23) and the washers in order to remove the following components: valve guide (24), spring (25), valve (26), rectangular seal (27), drain valve body (28), O-ring seal (29) and drain plug (30) .
