Never connect or disconnect the magnet unless the engine is shut off and the main switch for the generator is in the off position. Personal injury can occur if these steps are performed.
The new warning reads:
Never touch the leads to the magnet unless the generator is stopped and the main disconnect switch on the controller is in the off position. Failure to heed this warning can result in personal injury or death.
The new warning may be copied and pasted over the former warnings in the Custom Product Support Literature publications listed at the beginning of this article.
