039-2281 Spacers (25MM THK) 4 Follow the procedure below in order to remount the solid-state magnet controller:
Tilt the cab riser in order to gain access to the controller.Note: Tilting the cab will allow you to remount the controller without disconnecting all the wires to the controller.
Depress the drop switch on the left hand controller.Note: Never turn the key start switch OFF or never turn the disconnect switch OFF when the machine is in the lift mode in order to prevent possible damage to the controller.
Turn the disconnect switch ("DISC 101") to the OFF position. Turn the key start switch to the OFF position.

Open the control panel by squeezing the tab on the disconnect switch between the thumb and the finger. Refer to illustration 1. This will gain access to the control panel.

Inside of the Control Panel for the magnet (1) Two wires to disconnect switch (2) Two wires to terminal strip (3) Wire to terminal block (4) Wire to main fuseNote: Put identification marks on all wires for installation purposes.
Disconnect the two wires that are connected to the disconnect switch (1) .Disconnect the two wires that are connected to the terminal strip (2) .Disconnect the wire that is connected to the terminal block (3) .Disconnect the wire that is connected to the main fuse (4) .

(5) Four bolts
Remove four bolts (5). The control panel should be allowed to be pulled from the enclosure. Set the control panel aside.Note: If the control panel can not be removed, disconnect any wires that may be obstructing the control panel.
Remove the enclosure from the rear support frame assembly by removing the four bolts on the back side of the enclosure support. Set the enclosure on the generator in a secure manner.
Remove all studs that are used in order to mount the control panel to the enclosure.

Note: All dimensions are in millimeters.
Mark the location of the holes in order to prepare the holes for drilling. Use the dimension in Illustration 4.
Drill the four 9.0 mm (0.35 inch) holes into the enclosure.
