Step 2 - Remove the window seal or ( see next slide )

Step 3 ? Cut the seal adhesive instead to remove it. Independent of the seal actions manner used, the final finish surface of seal should be reconstituted again as per steps 12/13/14 of this instruction.

Step 4 ? Put the wire of Wire Handle tool into the groove between the polycarbonate and the frame corner of the windshield.

Step 5 ? Pull back and forth on each of the handles starting to cut the material in the corner of the polycarbonate.

Step 6 ? Lift the polycarbonate corner and Insert the other end of the wire through the hole in the polycarbonate plate.

Step 7 - Install another end of the wire into the other handle wire tool.

Step 8 ? Start to pull back and forth on each of the handles initiating to cut the adhesive and separate the polycarbonate plate from the steel frame in all window sides.

Step 9 ? Remove all residue of adhesive from the window frame surface edge using a knife or scraper.

Step 10 - Put a layer of 121-3911 Sika Primer 206 G+P Primer on the polycarbonate plate and over the window frame places where the adhesive will be disposed.

Step 11 - Put an amount of 175-2935 Sikatack Ultrafast Adhesive in all side of steel window frame.

Step 12 ? Install the 296-4188 Polycarbonate plate in the steel window frame. Protect the window seal as indicated to be ready to receive the adhesive.

Step 13 ? Put adhesive SIKAFLEX 221 in all seal extension.

Step 14 ? Make the surface finish in all extension of the seal.

Step 15 - The new polycarbonate plate will be positioned about 6mm out of window frame. Finally reinstall the 139-7101 Window front gp ? in the Cab and remove the plastic covering from the surface of the window.
