Remove the plug from port "M4" (31) on the section of the vibratory pump away from the engine. Install Tool (E) in the port "M4". Tighten Tool (E) to a torque of 12 N m (9 lb ft).

Remove the plug from port "M5" (32) on the section of the vibratory pump away from the engine. Install other Tool (E) in the port "M5". Tighten Tool (E) to a torque of 12 N m (9 lb ft).
Connect one end of Tool (F) to Tool (E) in port "M4" (29). Connect other end of Tool (F) to Tool (E) in port "M5" (30).

Connect one Tool (D) to port "Mc" (33). Connect Tool (B) to Tool (D). Connect Tool (A) to Tool (B).

Connect other Tool (D) to port "Md" (34) on the bottom of the vibratory pump. Connect Tool (B) to Tool (D). Connect Tool (A) to Tool (B).
Move engine start switch (8) to the START position. Release the switch when the engine starts.
Place the engine in ECO mode or low idle.
Launch the Plus+1TM program on Tool (G). Repeat Step 18 through Step 26.
Read the differential pressure between "Mc" and "Md" on Tool (A). The differential pressure should be less than 200 kPa (29 psi). If the pressure differential is less than 200 kPa (29 psi), go to Step 87. If the differential pressure is not within 200 kPa (29 psi), go to Step 64.
Move engine start switch (8) to the OFF position.
Disconnect Tool (F) from Tool (E) in port "M5" (32). Disconnect other end of Tool (F) from Tool (E) in port "M4" (31).
Assemble the tooling. Connect one Tool (B) to each Tool (C). Make two sets of tooling.
Connect one Tool (C) to Tool (E) in port "M4" (31). Connect Tool (B) to Tool (A).
Connect one Tool (C) to Tool (E) in port "M5" (32). Connect Tool (B) to Tool (A).

Remove lock-screws (37) and lock-plate (36) from "M4" servo cylinder cap (35) from the rear section of the vibratory pump.

Remove lock-screws (40) and lock-plate (38) from "M5" servo cylinder cap (39) from the rear section of the propel pump.
Using a 3/4" deep socket, unthread servo cylinder cap (35) and servo cylinder cap (39) two to three turns. This action will ensure that the servo cylinder caps have no contact with the servo piston.
Move engine start switch (8) to the START position. Release the switch when the engine starts.
Place the engine in ECO mode or low idle.
Launch the Plus+1TM program on Tool (G). Repeat Step 18 through Step 26.

Loosen locknut (41) and rotate adjustment screw (42). Note the pressure at port "M4" and port "M5". Rotate the adjustment screw until the servo pressure at port "M4" is 95 kPa (14 psi) to 200 kPa (29 psi) greater than port "M5".
The system pressure at port "Mc" and port "Md" should indicate displacement. Clockwise rotation of adjustment screw (42) will increase pressure at port "Md". Counter-clockwise
