Improper operation of an access platform could result in injury or death. Operators must carry out their duties properly and follow all instructions and guidelines given for the machine and access platform.
Be sure all personnel are clear of the equipment while the equipment is being lowered.Failure to stay clear of the equipment while the equipment is being lowered may result in personal injury.
Note: When you access the cameras for cleaning, be sure to observe safe procedures for access. Maintain a three-point contact and/or use a body harness.Perform the following checks:
Check that the camera mounts are not damaged.
Check that the cameras are secure.
Check that the cameras are correctly aligned.
Remove the connectors from cameras. Clean and grease the camera. Then, reconnect the camera.
Check that the camera lenses are not scratched.
