1 8 475-5129 Bolt Before Assembly, lubricate the threads and bearing surfaces with Loctite C5A copper Anti-Seize.
Tighten the bolts to 180 40 N m (133 30 lb ft).
Again, tighten the bolts to 240 40 N m (177 30 lb ft).
2 4 450-5112 Band Clamp Before assembly, lubricate the threads, bearing surfaces and the inside diameter of clamps with Loctite C5A copper anti-seize.
Torque tool speed should not exceed 60 rpm.
Torque to 17 2 N m (151 18 lb in).
3 2 468-3352 Bellows As Ensure that the bellows are installed for proper flow direction as indicated on bellows by an arrow.
Ensure that the distance between the convolutions is uniform.
4 1 6v-4429 Bolt Before Assembly, lubricate the threads and bearing surfaces with Loctite C5A copper Anti-Seize.
5 8 349-3559 Bolt-High Temp Before assembly, lubricate the threads and bearing surfaces with Loctite C5A copper Anti-Seize.
Torque to 65 5 N m (48 4 lb ft).
6 2 099-0169 Bolt Before Assembly, lubricate the threads and bearing surfaces withLoctite C5A copper Anti-Seize.
Torque to 125 20 N m (92 15 lb ft).
7 2 322-5830 Bolt Before Assembly, lubricate the threads and bearing surfaces with Loctite C5A copper Anti-Seize.
Torque to 50 10 N m (37 7 lb ft).
8 2 246-4924 Gasket After assembly, bend the tab of the gasket to the adjacent surface.
