If necessary, you can cross a ditch when you turn the machine. Back up the machine across the ditch at a slight angle.
To perform a forward right turn, lean the wheels slightly in the direction of the right turn. Then turn the wheels in the direction of the turn. To perform a forward left turn, lean the wheels slightly in the direction of the left turn. Then turn the wheels in the direction of the turn.
Travel as far as possible in the direction of the forward turn. Stop the machine.
Turn the front wheels in the opposite direction. Back up the machine. Back up the distance that is necessary in order to line up the machine with the desired travel direction. Stop the machine.
Turn the wheels to the new travel direction. Continue the turn.
When the turn is complete, straighten the wheels. Continue the operation.
