Care must be taken to ensure that fluids are contained during performance of inspection, maintenance, testing, adjusting, and repair of the product. Loosen hose clamps (2) and disconnect hose assembly (1) from the outlet of turbocharger (5).
Loosen hose clamp (4) and disconnect air inlet hose (3) from the turbocharger.
Remove the exhaust back pressure valve (9). Refer to
Table 1
