(1) 0S-1608 Bolts (2) 452-8413 Support Bracket (3) 329-8797 Belt Tensioner (4) 101-8917 Stud (5) 5M-2894 Washer (6) 9S-8752 Nut (7) 0T-0573 Bolts
Install the belt tensioner (3) to the support bracket (2).
Install the support bracket (2) with two bolts (1), two bolts (7), stud (4), washer (5), and nut (6) .
Install the A/C compressor that was removed during disassembly.

(8) 7X-2543 Bolts (9) 8T-4222 Washers (10) 6N-8744 Mounts (11) 8T-4121 Washers (12) 344-5675 Nuts
Install the alternator onto the support bracket with the following parts: four bolts (8), eight washers (9), four mounts (10), four washers (11), and four nuts (12). Note: Add lubricate to mounts (10).
Install 123-0791 Pulley to the alternator.
Reconnect the wiring to the alternator.

Alternator and Compressor Harness Clip New Mounting Location
The new support bracket does not come with a boss to secure the alternator and compress harness clip. With the new support bracket installed, install the alternator and compressor harness clip to an Iso mount bolt.
Install the crankshaft damper and pulley that was removed previously.

Install the serpentine belt (13) as shown above.

Install the ground strap (14) to the alternator and to the stud (15) with washer (16) and nut (17).

Notch out 10 mm (0.40 inch) from the alternator guard mounting holes as shown above.

Install the mounting guard so there is sufficient clearance to access the alternator mounting bolts.
