3. Inspect for installation of both brake lube orifices. If they are correctly installed as shown in image 1.3.1, replace the 4J-0524 O-ring Seal on the 209-1460 Upper Powertrain Hose, re-install the hose, warm machine up to operating temperature to check for leaks, and re-install the bottom guard per KENR8925 "Disassembly and Assembly of Bottom Guard". If the orifices are not installed, proceed to Step 4.

4. If either or both orifices are missing, remove the lower hose, remove the lubrication distribution manifold and discard the seals. Install new 6V-6353 O-ring on top manifold port and new 6V-1179 O-ring on bottom manifold port. (Reference Image 1.4.1) Install 2 of the 357-2680 Orifices into the ports on the front face of the case. (Reference Image 1.4.2) Re-install manifold to case.

5. Replace 4J-0524 O-ring on the 209-1460 Upper Manifold Hose Assembly and 4J-0522 O-ring on the 391-4439 Lower Manifold Hose Assembly. Re-Install hoses. Warm up machine to operating temperature and check for leaks. Re-Install bottom guard per KENR8925 "Disassembly and Assembly of Bottom Guard".

Refer to the Service Manual if/as necessary.
Note: Parts listed in the "Parts Needed" section are the complete list needed in the event the orifices are missing. If the orifices are found correctly installed, not all parts will be consumed.
1. Remove or lower rear bottom to gain access to the front face of the transmission case per KENR8915 "Disassembly and Assembly of Bottom Guard".
2. Remove the inboard side 364-9180 Powertrain Hose. (Reference Image 2.2.1) from lube distribution manifold located on the left-hand side of the front of the case. (Note: Correct powertrain oil level is located just below any ports for the distribution manifold so no oil should be lost during this procedure, however use an oil pan to catch any potential spills.)

3. Inspect for installation of both brake lube orifices. If they are correctly installed as shown in images 2.3.1, 2.3.2, & 2.3.3, replace the 061-7540 O-ring Seal on the inboard side 364-9180 Powertrain Hose, re-install hose, warm machine up to operating temperature to check for leaks, and re-install the bottom guard per KENR8915 "Disassembly and Assembly of Bottom Guard". If the orifices are not installed, please proceed to Step 4.

Install new 117-1266 O-rings on top manifold port and new 5P-4268 O-ring on bottom manifold port. (Reference Image 2.4.1) Install 2 of the 364-8477 Orifices into the ports on the front face of the case. (Reference Image 2.4.2) Re-install manifold to case.

5. Replace 061-7540 O-ring on each of the 364-9180, 376-6483, and 364-9179 Manifold Hose Assemblies. (Reference Image 2.5.1) Re-Install hoses. Warm up machine to operating temperature and check for leaks. Re-Install bottom guard per KENR8915 "Disassembly and Assembly of Bottom Guard".
