On initial machine movement, the machine can pull to one side or another and then straighten out. Perform the following procedure if this movement occurs.Note: On some models, this type of machine movement could cause a CID 111 left track diagnostic code or a CID 222 right track diagnostic code to become active. Refer to the troubleshooting procedure for these codes in this manual for more information on procedures that can correct this problem.Test Step 1. Check Machine Movement
Start the engine. Move the machine in the FORWARD propel mode and move the machine in the REVERSE propel mode. Expected Result:On initial movement of the machine, the machine moves off center and then corrects.Results:
YES - The machine moves off center.Repair: The calibration procedure "Auto Calibration of the Initial Currents" will usually solve this problem. Perform calibration c12 for tracked machines or perform calibration c11 for wheeled machines. Refer to "System Calibrations" in this section of the manual for instructions on how to perform these calibrations.STOP
NO - The machine does not move off center at initial movement. There is no problem at this time.STOP
