Electric Horns
Horn switch (1), to the left of the brake and transmission neutralizing pedal, activates the electric front horns. The horns are mounted behind the front flood lights.

The front windshield wiper and washer are standard with the cab. The rear window wiper and washer are an attachment. The wiper/washer switches are on the left hand instrument panel. The wipers have a two-speed motor that is activated by a clockwise turn of the switch. The washer pump is activated when the switch is pushed in toward the instrument panel.The windshield washer reservoir and pumps are installed at the right rear of the cab. The washer reservoir can be filled from outside the cab.

The parking brake is controlled by a push-pull knob in the steering column. If a shift to FORWARD or REVERSE is made while the parking brake is ENGAGED, the master fault light and fault alarm are activated. There is also a transmission neutralizer which shifts the transmission back to neutral.With the application of more than normal force, the transmission lever can be held in FORWARD or REVERSE with the parking brake engaged (either engaged manually or by loss of system pressure). This is so that the machine can be moved in an emergency.
With the parking brake applied, move the machine in case of an emergency only. Fire and damage to the parking brake can be the result.

7. Parking brake knob.Backup Alarm
The backup alarm is on the right hand side of the vehicle, above the rear flood and tail lights. When the transmission control lever is put in the REVERSE position, a switch activates the backup alarm.
