Start By:
Remove the cooling system package.

Loosen the clamp and disconnect hose (2). Remove bolts (1) and the washers.

Loosen the clamp and disconnect hose (3). Remove bolts (5) and the washers. Remove bolts (6) and the washers. Remove expansion tank (4) .

Remove bolts (7) and the washers. Remove bolts (9) and the washers. Remove bolts (8) and the washers. Remove bolts (10) and the washers. Remove bracket assembly (11) .

Remove bolt (12) and the washer. Remove bolts (13) and the washers. Remove support assembly (14) .

Install aftercooler (19) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten bolts (16) to a torque of 30 7 N m (22 5 lb ft).
