Install engine oil pump assembly (29) and bolts (28).

Install regulator stem (25), shims (26), and spring (27). Install relief stem (22), shims (23), and spring (24).Note: Install the number of shims (23) and shims (26) noted in the removal procedure.

Install O-ring seals (21).

Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.
Install covers (20) and bolts (19) onto regulator housing (12).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device onto engine oil pump (18). The weight of engine oil pump (18) is approximately 50 kg (110 lb). Position engine oil pump (18) onto the engine. Install bolts (17).

Install the flange assembly and elbow (16). Install bolts (15) and (14).

Attach a suitable lifting device onto regulator assembly (12). The weight of regulator assembly (12) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Position regulator assembly (12) on the engine oil pump assembly . Install bolts (13).

Connect tube assembly (11). Install bolts (10). Connect tube assembly (9). Install bolts (8)`. Install hose assembly (7).

Install the gaskets, connector (6), and the end section of air inlet manifold (4). Install bolts (3). Install bolt (5).
