Remove exhaust manifold (1) and the gaskets from the engine. The weight of the exhaust manifold is 61 kg (134 lb.).5. Do Steps 2 through 4 for the opposite side of the engine. The gaskets can be fastened to the exhaust manifold ports with tag wire, or short 3/8"-16 NC studs can be used as guide bolts for alignment at the engine.7. Put 5P3931 Anti-Seize Compound on the threads of the bolts, and install them to hold the exhaust manifolds to the cylinder head assemblies. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 55 7 N m (41 5 lb.ft.).8. Do Steps 6 and 7 for the opposite side of the engine.9. Put the exhaust manifold shields in position, and install the bolts that hold them in place.End By:a. install turbochargers
