Install two fittings (31) on left door support (29) .

Connect two hose assemblies (30) to left door support (29) .

Note: Step 15 through Step 17 should be used in order to install the right door support.

Install right door support (27). Install the four bolts (hidden) that fasten right door support (27) to the machine.

Connect harness connector (28). The harness connector is located at the bottom of right door support (27) .

Connect ether starting aid tube assembly (26) to right door support (27) .

Install eight bolts (25) and two exhaust pipes (24) .

Install precleaner (18) and hose (23) and tighten hose clamp (22) .
Connect dust ejector hose (21) to precleaner (18) and tighten hose clamp (20) .

Install four bolts (19) that secure precleaner (18) to the rear panel.
Repeat Step 19 through Step 21 in order to install the remaining precleaner.

Install seven bolts (17) and right door assembly (16). Repeat this step for the installation of the left door assembly.

Attach a hoist and suitable lifting slings to support assembly (15). The weight of the support assembly is 27 kg (60 lb).
Install support assembly (15) and four bolts (14). The weight of the support assembly is 27 kg (60 lb).Note: The four bolts are not shown in the above illustration.

Install upper shield assembly (13) and ten bolts (12) .

Install lower shield assembly (10) and fourteen bolts (11) .

Install lower panel assembly (7) and four bolts (8) .
Install side panel (5) and four bolts (6). Close door (4) .
Install lower grill (1) and four bolts (9) .
Install upper grill (2) and six bolts (3) .
Repeat Step 28 through Step 31 for the left side of the machine.
Fill the cooling system. Refer to the appropriate Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for your machine.
