Installation Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before installation, thoroughly clean all parts in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Do not use wiping cloths or rags to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement. Dirt and other contaminants can damage the precision component. Keep components covered and protected at all times.

Attach a suitable lifting device to pump drive (9). The weight of pump drive (9) is approximately 136 kg (300 lb).
Position pump drive (9). Install bolts (8).
Connect hose assemblies (2), (5), and (6).
Install tube assemblies (1), (3), (4), and (7). End By:
Install the fan drive pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Piston Pump (Fan Drive) - Install".
Install the steering pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Piston Pump (Steering) - Install".
Install the hoist pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Gear Pump (Hoist) - Install".
