1. Remove the four bolts, and remove flushing valve (8) and three O-rings seals (25) from the rear cover (7). Check the O-ring seals for wear or damage and replace if necessary.2. Disassemble flushing valve (8) using the following procedure:a. Remove plug (17), shim (18), spring (20) and relief valve poppet (21) from valve body (26). Remove orifice (22) and retainer (23) from valve poppet (21).b. Remove O-ring seal (19) from plug (17). Check the O-ring seal for wear or damage and replace if necessary.c. Remove plug (14), spring (16) and guide (24) from the valve body.d. Remove O-ring seal (15) from plug (14). Check the O-ring seal for wear or damage and replace if necessary.e. Remove plug (31), spring (29), guide (28) and spool (27) from valve body (26).f. Remove O-ring seal (30) from plug (31). Check the O-ring seal for wear or damage and replace if necessary.3. Remove the eight bolts, and remove end cover (7) from housing (1).4. Remove control lens (5) from end cover (7). 5. Remove plug (32), throttle screw (35), throttle pin (36) and throttle screw (38) from end cover (7). Remove the O-ring seal from plug (32). Check the O-ring seal for wear or damage and replace if necessary.6. Remove plug (33), throttle screw (37), check valve shuttle (39) and throttle screw (40) from the end cover. Remove the O-ring seal from plug (33). Check the O-ring seal for wear or damage and replace if necessary.7. Remove plug (34), throttle screw (42), check valve shuttle (43) and throttle screw (44) from the end cover. Remove O-ring seal (41) from plug (34). Check the O-ring seal for wear or damage and replace if necessary. 8. Remove swivel trunnion (55) from stroking piston (58).9. Remove plug (59), and remove stroking piston (58), from the end cover (7). Remove the O-ring seal (57) from the plug (56). Check the O-ring seal for wear or damage and replace if necessary.10. Remove plug (45), spring (47), and spool (48) from end cover (7). Remove O-ring seal (46) from plug (45). Check the O-ring seal for wear or damage and replace if necessary.11. Remove plug (50) from end cover (7). Remove O-ring seal (49) from plug (50). Check the O-ring seal for wear or damage and replace if necessary.12. Remove retaining ring (51), and remove control bushing (52) from the end cover.13. If necessary, remove two dowel pins (53) from end cover (7).14. Remove three O-ring seals (54) in end cover (7). For assembly purposes, measure the distance from the end of minimum displacement adjustment screw (2) and maximum displacement adjustment screw (12) to housing (1) before removing the adjustment screws.15. Loosen nut (3), and remove minimum displacement adjustment screw (2) from housing (1).16. Loosen nut (13), and remove maximum displacement adjustment screw (12) from housing.17. Remove O-ring seal (6) from housing (1). Check the O-ring seal for wear or damage and replace if necessary.18. Remove retaining ring (9), shim (10) and shaft seal (11) from
