Install piston assembly (37) in barrel assembly (38).

Install rotary group (36) onto the shaft. Make sure that the splines are aligned properly.

Inspect the O-ring seal on plug (34). Replace the O-ring seal, if necessary. Install plug (34).

Install head assembly (26) and bolts (25). The torque for bolts (25) is 100 20 N m (75 15 lb ft).

Install spool (23) in compensator valve (1). Install spacer (24) onto plug (22).
Install plug (22) in compensator valve (1). The torque for plug (22) is 31 2 N m (23 1 lb ft).

Install O-ring seal (17) to plug (16). Install plate (18), spring (19), spring (20), and guide (21) in compensator valve (1).
Install plug (16) in compensator valve (1). The torque for plug (16) is 100 5 N m (75 3 lb ft).

Install spool (14) in compensator valve (1). Install spacer (15) on plug (13).
Install plug (13) in compensator valve (1). The torque for plug (13) is 31 2 N m (23 1 lb ft).

Install O-ring seal (8) to plug (7). Install plate (9), spring (10), spring (11), and guide (12) in compensator valve (1).
Install plug (7) in compensator valve (1). The torque for plug (7) is 80 5 N m (58 3 lb ft).

Inspect the O-ring seals on plugs (5). Replace the O-ring seals, if necessary. Install plugs (5) in compensator valve (1).

Install pressure and flow compensator valve (1) and bolts (2) to fan drive pump (3). The torque for bolts (2) is 34 3 N m (25 2 lb ft). End By:
