Install ball (29), spring (30), retainer (31), retaining ring (32), and slug (33) in spool (28) .

Install spool assembly (28), spring (27), spring (26), spacers (24), and piston (25) .

There is spring force against retaining ring (21). When retaining ring (21) is installed, the spring force will exist. To prevent possible personal injury, support retainers (23) and spring (22) while installing retaining ring (21).
Install retainers (23), spring (22), and retaining ring (21) on spool (19) .

Install spool assembly (19) and stop (20) to valve assembly (15) .

Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.
Position cover (18) and the seals. Install bolts (17). Tighten bolts (17) to a torque of 30 7 N m (22 5 lb ft).

Install valve assembly (15) on plate (16) .

Position manifold (13) and install bolts (12). Tighten bolts (12) to a torque of 30 4 N m (22 3 lb ft).
Install nipple assembly (14) .

Install O-ring seals (11) and back up rings (11A) on cartridge assemblies (8) .

Install cartridge assemblies (8), plug (9), and plugs (10) .
Tighten cartridge assemblies (8) and plugs (9) to a torque of 50 5 N m (37 4 lb ft).

Install solenoids (7), washers (6), and nuts (5). Tighten nuts (5) to a torque of 9 0.5 N m (80 4 lb in).

Position manifold assembly (4) and install bolts (3). Tighten bolts (3) to a torque of 30 4 N m (22 3 lb ft).

Connect harness assemblies (2) to the clips. Connect harness assemblies (2) to the correct solenoids (1) and secure the connectors in the clips.
