1. Tighten bolt 1 through bolt 6 in the numerical sequence as shown in Illustration 1 to 100 10 N m (74 7 lb ft).
2. Again, tighten bolt 1 through bolt 6 in the numerical sequence as shown in Illustration 1 to 250 15 N m (184 11 lb ft).
3. Again, turn bolt 1 through bolt 6 in a numerical sequence as shown in Illustration 1 to an angle of 180 5 degrees.
2 2 247-1074 O-Ring Seal Before assembly, apply clean engine oil to the bores.
3 1 298-5347 Injector Sleeve Before assembly, apply light, continuous coating of Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize to the seal face and threads.
Use the following procedure for tightening the injector sleeve:
1. Tighten the injector sleeve to 200 10 N m (148 7 lb ft).
2. Then loosen to an angle of 180 degrees.
3. Finally, tighten the injector sleeve to 200 10 N m (148 7 lb ft).
