Location of the pressure switch for "PAT" port (21) The auxiliary controller may receive the signal from the rocker switch that is on the control lever, and the controller may not receive the signal from the pressure sensor on the "PAT" port. In this case, the auxiliary controller will display an error message, and the pumps will be destroked in order to prevent excess flow into the hydraulic system. Other errors within the auxiliary electrical system are also detected by the auxiliary hydraulic controller.

Wiring Checks for the Engine Speed Dial
There are different ways for checking the wiring.Check of the Engine Speed Dial
Verify the resistance of the engine speed dial. Each contact must be lower than 50 Ohms when the engine speed dial is in the ON position. Each contact must be greater than 5000 Ohms when the engine speed dial is in the OFF position.

Insert a shunt directly across "Din" to "Dout".

A756-PU Pin 9 to K974-PU Pin 10 on the mating Auxiliary Control
A757-WH Pin 15 to K975-WH Pin 16 on the mating Auxiliary Control
A758-BR Pin 21 to K976-OR Pin 22 on the mating Auxiliary ControlIf the problem with the engine speed is fixed then there is a problem with the wiring or there is an internal problem with the controller. Check the wiring and the connectors for loose connections.
