(5) Tap for the System PressureThe tap (5) provides the system pressure of the hydraulic pump. Access is obtained from the bottom of the machine or by removing the floorplate.
Install one 8T-0860 Pressure Gauge with a range of 0 to 40000 kPa (0 to 5800 psi) and 6V-3014 Hose Assembly to pump pressure tap (5) .
Install one 8C-3417 Elbow into each port in 4C-9910 Flow Meter. Attach one 6V-8946 Reducer Assembly onto one 8C-3417 Elbow. Install a 6V-8557 Face Seal Nut and a 6V-8945 O-Ring Reducer onto the 8C-3417 Elbow at the inlet of the flow meter.

Install the end of the hose (6) onto the 6V-8945 O-Ring Reducer and the 6V-8557 Face Seal Nut at the inlet of the flow meter that was installed in step 8.
For machines that are equipped with turbocharged engines, Table 21 shows the correct pressure and the correct flow for the pump.

Remove the hose (5) from the 6V-8945 O-Ring Reducer and the 6V-8557 Face Seal Nut. Remove 6V-9831 Cap As from the tube (5). Place a new O-ring onto the fitting and reinstall tube (5) and hose (6) .
