Make all adjustments with the engine OFF.1. Check each implement valve (2) to be sure the valve spool is in the NEUTRAL detent position.2. Loosen nut (8). Back (turn) nut (8), washer and seal (7) up cable threads (9) to the end of the threads.3. Loosen and remove bolts (3). These are metric fasteners.4. Back (turn) housing (6) up cable threads (9) until it reaches washer and seal (7). This will expose link (1), nut (4) and cable end (5).5. Adjust link (1) up or down cable end (5) to obtain dimension A. Dimension A is 15.5 1.5 mm (.61 .06 in). Once dimension A is obtained, torque nut (4) to 8 5 N m (6 4 lb ft).6. Turn housing (6) down cable threads (9) to obtain dimension B. Dimension B is 32.0 1.5 mm (1.26 .06 in). Once dimension B is obtained, install and tighten bolts (3).7. Turn nut (8), washer and seal (7) down cable threads (9) until they reach housing (6). Torque nut (8) to 38 2 N m (28 1 lb ft) while maintaining dimension B.8. Adjust rod end (10) up or down cable end (12) to obtain dimension C. Dimension C is 15.5 1.5 mm (.61 .06 in). Once dimension C is obtained, torque nut (11) to 8 5 N m (6 4 lb ft). Assemble bolt, nut, washer and rod end (10) to lever (14) as shown in View A-A.9. Adjust nuts (15) to dimension D. Dimension D is 17.5 mm (.69 in). Dimension D is only a reference or starting point dimension. Adjust nuts (15) as necessary to place lever (14) in the center (NEUTRAL) position of the lever range. Once lever (14) is adjusted, torque nuts (15) to 38 2 N m (28 1 lb ft).10. Repeat Steps 2 through 9 for each implement valve and lever.
