Start By:a. remove engine 1. Fasten a foist to tool (A) and install tool (A) to flywheel (1) as shown.2. Remove bolts (2) that hold the flywheel to the crankshaft. Remove the flywheel. The weight is approximately 130 kg (285 lb). 3. Remove gear (3) from the flywheel if necessary. Install in the following order.4. Heat gear (3) to a maximum temperature of 315°C (600°F) and install it on the flywheel so the chamfer of the gear teeth will be toward the starter pinion when the flywheel is installed.5. Fasten a hoist to tool (A), fasten tool (A) to the flywheel and put flywheel in position on the dowel of the crankshaft.6. Put clean engine oil on the threads of the bolts that hold the flywheel to the crankshaft.7. Install bolts (2) and tighten to a torque of 270 27 N m (200 20 lb ft).End By:a. install engine
