2. Remove all the bolts (2) that hold handrail assemblies (1) to machine platform frame. 3. Remove four bolts from platform, then fasten a hoist to the platform (4) and remove it from its frame. Remove ladders (3). Remove guards (5). 4. Install four 1/2" -13 NC forged eyebolts or four 5P9736 Link Brackets in platform frame (6). Fasten a hoist to the eyebolts. Remove the bolts that hold the frame to the tank. Remove frame (6) from the tank. Weight of the frame is 113 kg (250 lb). 5. Turn fuel valves to the "OFF" position. Disconnect wire (9). Remove bolt from clips (8). Disconnect two fuel lines (7).6. Install three 1/2" -13 NC forged eyebolts or three 5P9736 Link Brackets in the top of the fuel tank. 7. Remove bolts (10) from lower fuel tank bracket. 8. Remove bolts (11) from upper fuel tank bracket. 9. Remove fuel tank (12). Weight of the fuel tank (if empty) is 567 kg (1250 lb).Install Fuel Tank
1. Install three 1/2" -13 NC forged eyebolts or three 5P9736 Link Brackets in the top of the fuel tank. Fasten a hoist to the eyebolts. Put the fuel tank (1) in position on the machine frame. 2. Install bolts (2) in the upper fuel tank bracket. 3. Install bolts (3) in the lower fuel tank bracket. 4. Connect wire (5) to its original position. Connect two fuel lines (4). Install bolt in clips (6) that holds fuel lines in position. Turn fuel valves to the "ON" position. 5. Install four 1/2" -13 NC forged eyebolts or four 5P9736 link brackets in platform frame (7). Fasten a hoist to the frame and put it in position on the fuel tank. Install the bolts that hold the platform frame to the fuel tank. 6. Install ladders (8) on the fuel tank with the bolts that hold them.7. Install guards (9) with the bolts that hold them. 8. Fasten a hoist to the platform (10) and put it in position on the frame. Install the four bolts that hold it to the frame. 9. Install handrail assemblies (11) on the platform with the bolts that hold them.10. Fill the tank with fuel.
