Assembly Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.

Install O-ring seal (9), O-ring seal (10), and backup ring (11) to the check valves.

Install check valves (8) to valve block (4). Tighten check valves (8) to a torque of 30 3 N m (22 2 lb ft).
Repeat Step 2 on the other side of valve block (4) .

Install the O-ring seal, coil (5), the O-ring seal, and nut (6) to solenoid valve assembly (1). Repeat the procedure on the other side of solenoid valve assembly (1) .
Install O-ring seals (7) to solenoid valve assembly (1) .
Repeat Step 4 and Step 5 on solenoid valve assembly (3) .

Install solenoid valve assembly (3), solenoid valve assembly (1), and bolts (2) to valve block (4) .End By: Install the solenoid valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Solenoid Valve (Extender Extend and Extender Slope) - Install".
