start by:a) remove bulldozer lift cylinders 1. Fasten a hoist to the yoke with tooling (A).2. Remove cover (1) and the gasket from the radiator guard. 3. Install a 5/8"-11 NC forged eyebolt in the end of pin (2) and pull pin (2) from its bore.4. Pull the yoke out of its bore and remove the yoke. The weight of the yoke is 108 kg (240 lb.). 5. If necessary, remove seal (5), bearing (4) and bearing (3) from the bore in the radiator guard.Install Bulldozer Lift Cylinder Mounts
1. Lower the temperature of bearings (2) and (3). Install the bearings in the radiator guard.2. Install seal (1) with the lip of the seal toward the outside as shown.3. Fill (pack) the bearing bores with 5P960 Multipurpose Type Grease.4. Put 5P960 Multipurpose Type Grease on the lip of seal (1). 5. Fasten a hoist to yoke (4) with tooling (A). Put yoke (4) in position. 6. Install pin (5) to hold yoke (4) in position.7. Install the gasket and cover over pin (5).end by:a) install bulldozer lift cylinders
