Removal Procedure
Personal injury or death may result from failure to adhere to the following procedures.Fuel leaked or spilled onto hot surfaces or electrical components can cause a fire.Clean up all leaked or spilled fuel. Do not smoke while working on the fuel system.Turn the disconnect switch OFF or disconnect the battery when changing fuel filters.

Open right side door assembly (1).

Disconnect harness assemblies (2), harness assembly (3), and harness assemblies (4).
Disconnect tube assemblies (5) and tube assembly (6).
Remove bolts (8) and fuel manifold (ARD) (7).

Remove adapter assemblies (9).
Remove pressure sensor (10), pressure sensor (11), and the O-ring seals.
Remove solenoid valves (12).
Remove cap (14) and connector assembly (13).

Remove nut (19), washer (18), and solenoid (17).
Remove cartridge assembly (16) and O-ring seals (15).
Repeat Step 9 and Step 10 for the other solenoid valve.Installation Procedure
Install fuel manifold (ARD) (7) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten nut (19) to a torque of 20 2.5 N m (177 22 lb in).
Tighten connector assembly (13) to a torque of 30 3 N m (266 27 lb in).
Tighten cap (14) to a torque of 7.0 2.5 N m (62 22 lb in).
Tighten solenoid valves (12) to a torque of 50 5 N m (37 4 lb ft).
Tighten pressure sensor (10) and pressure sensor (11) to a torque of 30 3 N m (266 27 lb in).
Tighten adapter assemblies (9) to a torque of 17 1.5 N m (150 13 lb in).

Tighten pressure sensor (10) and pressure sensor (11) to a torque of 30 3 N m (266 27 lb in).
Tighten adapter assemblies (9) to a torque of 17 1.5 N m (150 13 lb in).
