Install suitable blocks under the power train guard.

Disconnect hose assemblies (5). Disconnect hose assembly (6). Remove bolts (7) .

Use Tooling (C) in order to support the draft frame. Install chains in order to secure the draft frame to the bowl.

Disconnect hose assemblies (8). Disconnect hose assemblies (9). Remove bolts (10) .

Disconnect hose assemblies (11) and hose assemblies (12) .

Disconnect harness assembly (13). Remove bolts (14) and lay harness assembly (15) to the side.

Remove pin assembly (16). Swing the front steering link assembly forward. Install pin assembly (16) into rear steering link (17) and the steering cylinder.
Repeat Step 16 for the opposite side.

Install Tooling (D). Note: Tooling (D) must completely prevent all movement of the cushion-hitch.

Install Tooling (F) and a suitable lifting device to the draft frame.

Remove upper pin assembly (18) (not shown). Use Tooling (E) in order to remove upper pin assembly (18) (not shown). The weight of upper pin assembly (18) (not shown) is approximately 30 kg (65 lb).Note: It may be necessary to use Tooling (B) to adjust the angle of the tractor.

Remove relay valve (19) .

Use Tooling (E) in order to remove lower pin assembly (21) (not shown). The weight of lower pin assembly (21) (not shown) is approximately 30 kg (65 lb). Remove thrust washer (20) (not shown).Note: It may be necessary to use Tooling (B) to adjust the angle of the tractor.

Install a towing device to the push frame. Attach the towing device to a suitable towing machine.
Separate the scraper from the tractor.
