1U-9200 Lever Puller Hoist     1    Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Use Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to position torque converter (3) onto transmission (5). The weight of torque converter (3) is approximately 222 kg (490 lb).
Install bolts (4) .

Reposition the torque converter and the transmission in order to install transmission oil pump.
Use a suitable lifting device to position the transmission oil pump, as shown. The weight of the transmission oil pump is approximately 36 kg (80 lb).
Install bolts (1) and connect harness assembly (2) .End By: Install the torque converter, the transmission, and the transfer gears.
