Keep engine speed low until oil pressure registers. If oil pressure does not register, stop engine and investigate.Operate engine at low idle for 5 minutes. Do not engage hydraulic controls during this period.Check crankcase and transmission oil level with machine level, engine at low idle and oil at normal operating temperature. Crankcase oil level should be between FULL and ADD marks on engine running side of dipstick. Transmission oil level should be between FULL and LOW marks on dipstick. Check transmission and hydraulic system filter indicators. The indicators normally show GREEN. Service appropriate filter elements if either indicator shows RED with engine at high idle, hydraulic controls in HOLD, transmission in NEUTRAL and oil warm. Check air cleaner filter indicator with engine at high idle. Service filter elements if RED piston in indicator locks in the up position. Check brake oil pressure indicator with engine running and parking brake released. Indicator normally shows GREEN. Investigate cause of low oil pressure if indicator shows RED.Check gauges and indicators frequently during operation. All gauges must indicate in the NORMAL operating range, except the ammeter. The ammeter is normal when the indicator is at or on the + side of zero.
