1. Open access door (1) located on the left side of the engine.
Oil that is hot can cause personal Injury. To prevent injury, let the hydraulic oil become cool before work is done on the hydraulic system.
2. Disconnect and cap oil lines (2) and (3) from the hydraulic oil cooler. 3. Remove four bolts and washers (4). Use two people to remove the hydraulic oil cooler from the machine. The weight of the hydraulic oil cooler is 31 kg (69 lb). The following steps are for the installation of the hydraulic oil cooler. 4. Position the hydraulic oil cooler in place and install four bolts and washers (4) that hold it. 5. Connect oil lines (3) and (2) to the hydraulic oil cooler.6. Close access door (1).
