Installation Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Note: Check the O-ring seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.

Install O-ring seal (8) and (9) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to gear pump (7). The weight of gear pump (7) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Use the suitable lifting device in order to position gear pump (7) to the machine. Install bolts (6). Tighten bolts (6) to a torque of 55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft).

Connect tube assembly (5) .

Connect hose assemblies (1), (2), and (3). Position and install bracket (4) .
Reposition bracket (8) and install bolt (7) .
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (DEAC) - Change" or Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Extended Life Coolant - Change" for the proper filling procedure.End By: Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
