Remove the track roller frame.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to pivot bar (1).Note: Tooling (A) is rotated 180 degrees.

Remove mounting bolts (2). Use bolt (2) in hole (3) to remove pivot bar (1). The weight of pivot bar (1) is approximately 75 kg (165 lb).

Remove oil seal (4).Installation Procedure

B - Loctite C5-A Copper Anti-Seize Lubricant -
C 194-7586 Pneumatic Wrench Gp 1 Note: Tooling (A) is rotated 180 degrees.
Apply Tooling (B) to the end of pivot bar (1).

Install oil seal (4).

Install mounting bolts (2). Remove Tooling (A) and the suitable lifting device. Use Tooling (C) (not shown) to tighten mounting bolts (2). Tighten mounting bolts (2) to a torque of 1800 200 N m (1328 148 lb ft).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to pivot bar (1). Install pivot bar (1). The weight of pivot bar (1) is approximately 75 kg (165 lb).End By:
