1. Assemble the 7I0124 Solenoid Valve per Illustration 1.a. Position the fine swing control wire harness to the platform and secure with straps. Connect (2) 3-pin connectors (786 blue, 760 yellow to platform harness; 786 blue to right hand console harness). Route other end of the harness through the grommet behind left hand console.b. Remove the plug from the panel (removed from the left hand control console) and set aside. Install the fine swing control switch assembly to the panel. Install switch so that the arrow on the side points to the rear of the console. Assemble harness (760 yellow) to switch and to fine swing left hand control harness. Secure with straps.c. Route fine swing control harness and connect to main chassis wiring harness (D761 green, 200X black) and secure with a clip, hardware and strap. Tighten to 25 7 lb Nm (18.5 5 lb ft). Position fine swing control harness to swing motor and secure with clip and hardware. Connect harness to fine swing control solenoid. Tighten to 25 7 Nm (18.5 5 lb ft).2. Assemble the 7Y8107 Wiring Group per Illustration 2.3. Assemble the 4I0992 Pilot Lines Group and install the 7I0124 Solenoid Valve per Illustration 3.
