HOSE 0616969 - Caterpillar

1. Remove four bolts (2) and cover (1). 2. Remove three bolts (3) and cover (4). 3. Disconnect five wire connectors (5).4. Remove retaining clip (6) and pin (7) on each side of cab. Pin removal may require alignment. 5. Turn lever (9) on pump to "UP" position.6. Using handle (8), found in the cab, raise cab until support pin (10) can be inserted.7. Insert support pin (10) and lower cab onto support by turning lever (9) to down position. Use the following steps to lower the cab.8. Turn lever (9) to "UP" position and raise weight of the cab off pin (10). Using handle (8).9. Remove pin (10) and lower cab slowly turning handle (9) to "DOWN" position.10. Install two pins (7) and retaining clips (6).11. Connect five wire connectors (5).12. Install cover (4) with three bolts (3).13. Install cover (2) with four bolts (1).
