Remove tank cap (24) from tank assembly (23).

Remove cap adapter (25) from tank assembly (23).

Remove strainer (26) from tank assembly (23).

Disconnect harness assembly (27) from the temperature sensor. Disconnect harness assembly (28) from the heater group. Disconnect harness assembly (29) from the pressure sensor. Disconnect harness assembly (30) and harness assembly (31) from the solenoid valve groups.

Disconnect harness assembly (32) from the junction block. Disconnect harness assembly (33) from the pump heater. Disconnect harness assembly (34) and harness assembly (35) from the pump group.

Remove locknuts (36) and bars (37) from diesel exhaust fluid pump group (38).
Remove diesel exhaust fluid pump group (38) and manifold group (39) as an assembly.

Remove bolts (40). Disconnect diesel exhaust fluid pump group (38) from manifold group (39).

Remove solenoid valve group (41), solenoid valve group (43), and the O-ring seals from the manifold group.
Remove temperature sensor group (45) and the O-ring seal from the manifold group.
Remove pressure sensor (44) and the O-ring seal from the manifold group.
Remove adapter assembly (42), adapter assembly (47), and the O-ring seals from the manifold group .
Remove heater assembly (46) from the manifold group.

Remove valve assembly (48) and valve assembly (49) from diesel exhaust fluid pump group (38).

Remove bolts (51) to remove pump head (50) from the pump group.

Remove diaphragm (52) from the pump group.

Disconnect the remaining connectors and remove all cable straps. Remove wiring harness assembly (53) from the control cabinet.

Remove bolts (55). Remove manifold group (54) from the control cabinet.
